Life Lately

Sometimes life seems to accelerate and I'm left behind, stumbling to catch up. It's almost as if I can view my life behind me and see what lies ahead and I just strive to keep up the pace. Day by day. Hour by hour. Minute by minute. Still, I cannot fail to lose sight of the goals that are ahead of me.

I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.  -Philippians 3:14

After Thanksgiving, Theresa celebrated her birthday. As much as I wanted to post, God forced me to take a rest through a sickness which I am thankful to be cured of now. Often I believe that God allows us to become ill so that we can fully appreciate good health once again. Anyway, since then, my days have literally been whirling by. Nevertheless, I have arrived at the following revelations: Physics homework is rather overwhelming. Reading is a solace. Christmas is almost here. Adding a room onto your house is noisy. I love my family. Cora is growing up. Phone calls with friends are blessings. I have less than two weeks left of being sixteen. And, studying for your last CLEP test before the holidays is stressful. On that note, I'll be taking Western Civilizations II on December 12th and I'll be so thankful to have it finished (and hopefully passed!)

We're going to take our Christmas card picture soon and this weekend we are hoping to decorate our Christmas tree. Those will give me some photos worthy of a blog post.

What about all of you?
What have you been doing lately?

Love your thoughts, my dear... You are so right, it is always best to press onward towards a goal, especially if that goal is glorifying our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ!
Your and Connor's music was so lovely yesterday, Emily and I think that Connor should record O Holy Night, it was that good:).

I love you, and hope to see you sometime this week!

Cassie,

I know what you mean--time flies by so quickly sometimes! Can you believe that Christmas is less than three weeks away? Where did the time go!? It makes me feel old! :)

Sounds like you've been busy lately! Glad that you're feeling better! Happy Birthday to Theresa and Happy (almost) Birthday to you!

God bless you!
